Flexible diaphragm couplings play a crucial role in torque transmission between shafts. This innovative design incorporates a metallic membrane securely affixed to the outer diameter of a drive flange, effectively channeling torque through the diaphragm to the inner diameter attachment point. The couplings excel in accommodating potential misalignments between the connected shafts, ensuring optimal performance and reliability in diverse applications. Riverhawk can manufacture custom couplings to most OEM specifications, including low and high-speed designs, low-moment applications, and the ability to accommodate accessories or torque management devices.
