Bolt Load Calculations

Calculate Bolt Load   based on One of the following?:  Stress  |    Stretch  |    Torque Select unit of measurement:  Inches  |    Metric   If you are calculating the stress on a threaded section of bolt, you will need to specify the number of threads per inch below. Bolt Stress (lb/in2): Nominal Bolt Diameter (in): The number of threads per inch (tpi) is only required if you are calculating the bolt load stress on a threaded section of bolt. Number of Threads Per Inch (tpi): If you are calculating the stress on a threaded section of bolt, you will need to specify the number of threads per inch below. Bolt Stress (N/mm): Nominal Bolt Diameter (mm): The number of thread pitch if only required if you are calculating the bolt load stress on a threaded section of bolt. Thread Pitch (mm): If you would like to specify multiple lengths and tensile stress areas, you can specify up to 10 below. Bolt Stretch (in): Modulus of Elasticity (lb/in 2): Effective Bolt Length (in): Cross Section 1 Cross Section 2 Cross Section 3 Cross Section 4 Cross Section 5 Cross Section 6 Cross Section 7 Cross Section 8 Cross Section 9 Cross Section 10 Nominal Bolt Diameter (in): The columns below are only required if you are calculating the bolt load stress on a threaded section of bolt.
