Wind Turbine Torque Management
Riverhawk's patented rotating equipment for torque management of wind turbines include torque blockers and peak shavers. The torque blockers rotate freely upon release for a smooth coast down, with a release that is independent of direction. The peak shavers have a short reset time, which results in a minimum loss of production. Riverhawk’s turbine torque management materials do not require the replacement of parts, therefore making them a cost efficient option for wind turbines.
